Atlanta rap artist Soulja Boy has been given probation on obstruction charges.
Soulja Boy, whose real name is DeAndre Cortez, fled when police responded to complaints about a group gathered at a vacant home in McDonough, WSB-TV reported Friday.
A judge this week sentenced Cortez to 12 months' probation and a $1,000 fine, WSB said.
