Pirate’s Pub

Owners of Fuzzy’s Place and Paradise Cafe joined forces to create this pirate-themed pub in the Crossroads Village shopping center. The menu is the work of Paul Dale, son of local restaurant owner Joe Dale, who for years fed Atlantans from his Cajun House. Barberitos Southwestern Grille

This first metro franchise of the Athens-based company is now doing business in Roswell. Casual Southwestern fare is featured, with burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadillas and fajitas leading the way. The special every Friday is a grilled tilapia taco with jerk seasonings. The area’s first location of this “burger diner” is a ’60s-style eatery with music to match. The menu stars are the burgers that come as either 4.5-ounce grilled or 7-ounce charcoal-broiled patties. Add the toppings you want or go with the black ’n blue (bacon and bleu cheese folded inside) or the smokehouse (chili rub, cheese, barbecue sauce and bacon). Sandwiches stuffed with grouper, cod, chicken and more are also served.
