This Virginia-Highland landmark led the voting for best neighborhood bar. Manuel's is a favorite with Atlantans, especially Democrats — tavern founder Manuel Maloof, who died in August 2004, was a former DeKalb County CEO. This is the second year in a row Manuel's Tavern has won this category.
