Rate New T-Pain/Chris Brown Video

Atlanta rapper, singer, producer and label president T-Pain has joined forces again with R&B singer (and labelmate) Chris Brown — but this time it’s for a single from Pain’s latest CD, “Thr33 Ringz,” titled “Freeze”.

See a YouTube clip of it below and tell us what you think. (Like, aren’t all T-Pain’s videos from “Thre33 Ringz” looking the same? And if you agree, do you like that? For comparison sake, see “Can’t Believe It” HERE and a YouTube clip of “Chopped and Screwed” below as well. Plus there’s a YouTube clip of the Behind The Scenes video for “Freeze”.)

What is a T-Pain? While I am on it, what about T.I., Snoop Dog, Big-E? Ice Tea? Jay-Z? It sure is funny to see these thugs with such odd names. I think I will change my name to Chris-Z-Dog.

I really like this video, they are taking music back to old school. This is something kids can listen to and watch. So tired of negative music and videos…

By reading a few of the comments, one would think some of the bloggers are either a Red Neck or Racist. Maybe, they are just jealous that a young African-American male or males has more success and money than they will ever have. In addition, if you follow up on the Nielson Scan of record sales Caucasian contribute more revenue than non-caucasians (WOW!!!). Get an education you ignorant SOB!

All yall haters should be ashamed of your self. Just because we in the gay community have a couple of hit rappers, don’t mean you should complain. T-Pain and Chris Brown should be free to rap and act about their open gayness all they wont to.

It so sad that these post can’t be taken serious. Always some idiot that has to begin the conversation by saying something to generalize people or a specific genre of music. The generalization that Hip Hop stars sell drugs and don’t have daddy’s is really funny—-stupid and dumb but funny. Like saying all country stars are dumb hillbillies—which isn’t true. Anyway to answer the question. I believe the video was ok and yes it does look like the last video. I think the video just has too much going on—I really don’t know what I’m looking at or if it has anything to do with the song.

I think this video should be shown on the LOGO network. It is really apparent that these young men love each other and are on the Down Low with each other.

I wasn’t impressed with the video but I like T-Pain and Chris B as artist… The video just seemed to out there for my taste…

Now.. I have to agree with Sean and Red… The ignorance is astounding… Why? You were asked to make a comment regarding the video.. why attack the artists name, orgin, race, etc. Is that really necessary… or does your ignorance surpass logic?

Additionally, why all of the gay talk..? That’s just stupid…

I am personally a fan of both artists and I applaud their successes… Don’t be mad b/c you aren’t them…

Meanwhile, you haters are here disrespecting them and your children, nieces, nephews, cousins etc are filling T-Pain and Chris Brown’s pockets with ALL your Christmas money… So keep talking while they keep walking to the bank..

Haters NEVER win..

What is with all the “thug and drug dealers without fathers” B.S. coming out in the blogs? Really? Chris Brown and T-pain drug dealers!? Ive seen and lived around drug delaers in my 25 yrs in life and never have i saw one that wears a freakin TOP HAT or that DANCES like crazy. To the aformentioned bloggers you all are showing straight up ignorance about hip-hop culture that your CAUCASIAN son/daughter niece/nephew brother/sister, break their necks to be apart of. Thank god they are not as ignorant or backwoods as you all, or society will be in real trouble. Chris Brown and T-pain…Drug dealers and thugs, yeah about as much thug as Corey in the House on disney. How bout this I wont comment on pop/country/lynard skinnard if you keep you hip hop comments to your ignoran selves…Jackasses

HEY SEAN!!!! In addition, if you follow up on the Nielson Scan of record sales Caucasian contribute more revenue than non-caucasians (WOW!!!). Get an education you ignorant SOB!?????? Did you really write this?? Take one guess as to why Caucasian’s BUY more records than Blacks! When was the last time you saw some thug buying up all the cd’s at Best Buy. Don’t think so!

You guys are crazy on here…lol…TPain and Chris Brown are not gay, come on! Blacks would not be so “thugged out” if white people weren’t so racist. How else would we survive? If white people had ever been enslaved as a people, all of them would have died out. Weaklings, pale and scared silly of blacks and any other brown culture and weak. Sorry, but you know it’s true. Especially the women. Then white people wanna call others lazy when they are the ones who don’t want to do their own cooking or cleaning or gardening or even watch their own children. They want to hire other people to do it for them. Then they get depressed (esp the women, cause they are all getting cheated on) and start popping pills/drinking/both.

I think Darius Rucker is a very talented black singer songwriter. I love the old motown stuff too like Marvin Gaye and Al Green. Now those were some great artist! Most the rap stuff just seeds violence and racisim.. Anybody can rap, very few can actually sing. I do agree with one of the other bloggers though, if you can really, really can sing you dont need all the hats and glasses and bling.

Taylor, your comment is excellent. Yes, Darius Rucker is very talented and I enjoy listening to him. The old Motown artists also had a lot to offer the music world.

But then you get these thugs and gangstas with no talent, like T.I. (Total Idiot), T-Pain, 50 Cent, etc. and you make a comment about their lifestyle or how bad their music is and you are called a “hater” or a racist on here.

Grow up people! I am not racist, but maybe I am a “hater.” A hater of crappy music.

Taylor’s posting hit the nail on the head — this isn’t about the color of your skin. Rather, it’s about the content of your character — or, more to the point, the lack thereof. Isn’t that how we’re supposed to do this?
