Listen, would I lie to you?
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
I think that dress looks fab on you.
Really, would I lie?
There are times we’ve all be less than truthful - to avoid hurting someone’s feelings or to stay out of trouble. The truth, however, always surfaces.
Today is National Honesty Day, which is set aside to raise awareness about the importance of being honest. According to several internet sites, the day was established by M. Hirsh Goldberg, an author and former press secretary to a governor of Maryland.
Can you be totally honest for a day? When is it OK to tell to bend the truth?
Has honesty ever gotten you in trouble? Share your stories, but keep it clean.
Honestly.

I’ve always thought that it would be really funny if there was one day that the whole world was infected with a truth spell much like the one on Liar, Liar. National Honesty Day is a wonderful thought, but in these times of political correctness, I don’t think society is mentally or physically capable of telling the whole truth about anything!!!

Does this mean that the Clintons won’t be able to say a thing all day? What a relief!

Anyone But Hillary & Fred, yep!!!! Of course Dubya doesn’t think it applies to him!!! Nothing applies to him!!!
And on a more personal note, this will not work for me during business hours. Because if I were to be completely honest to these people I work with, I’d be at the unemployment office before noon!!! LOL It’s best to just “be quiet”!

I think the AJC is a subpar race-baiting publication, but I read it anyway.
There you have it.

I hate the fact that my boyfriend feels the need to support his ex-gf who is the mother of his kid. The kid, of course…but paying her cell phone bill, and gym membership?! I think not! I hate the fact that I can’t find a decent guy that doesn’t have ex drama, or do drugs.

CJ - I’m a decent guy - no ex, no kids, homeowner, work full time and also own another small business, no debt except for mortgage. Enjoy traveling, many events around town, from fine dining to a corn dog at the Inman Park Festival. Want to meet for lunch someday? Ask for more details - I’ll be totally honest to honor National Honesty Day.

I can’t stand the company I work for. It is a “good ‘ole boys club” where if you aren’t a white male, or kiss up to the right people and be phony, then you will not get ahead!!!
I am sadly disappointed that (white)America is so afraid of a black man winning the presidency that they will believe the lies and scams of the Clintons, in their attempt to smear his name. This is truly a sad time for America!
