How do you make fitness part of your routine?

Fitness guru Denise Austin recently shared her tips for looking great and staying fit.

All it takes is 30 minutes a day, said Austin, who is fit and fabulous at 51.

“People think they have to go to the gym for two hours, but all you need is 30 minutes if you’re consistent,” said Austin, who has more than 80 DVDs and 10 books. She incorporates yoga, Pilates, cross-training and aerobic exercise in her workout plan.

“Consistency is key, and it pays off.”

What are your tips to stay fit? Do you walk? Take the stairs at work? How often to you exercise?
