Frequent “Radio Blog” contributor Kemi Lane in trouble
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
I just met Kemi for the first time this week at the Regular Guys first day “press conference.” She took lots of pictures and posted them on her site. She covers media on her Web site, including lots of radio-related news and uses this site to drum up hits on her site.
from Mike James’ newsblues.com based on an AP report:
KEMI LANE BUSTED
Kemi Lane, a pharmacist in suburban Atlanta who pretends to be a journalist by publishing the sprawling website “Kemications Report,” was arrested Wednesday in Covington, Ga., when she threatened a juvenile court judge in front of three sheriff’s deputies.
Cops were called to her home to settle a domestic dispute between her and her 18-year-old son.Â
Deputies say Lane (whose real name is Olukemi Olunloyo) claimed to have the pharmacy records for a juvenile court judge and threatened to “mess her up” if the judge ruled against her younger son during an upcoming hearing.
Cops also say Lane claimed Fulton County Superior Court Judge Rowland Barnes, who was killed in the Atlanta courthouse shootings earlier this month, “got what he deserved.”
She was charged with intimidation of a court officer.
