One Life’s Dr. McBain arrested in real life
It’s so sad watching Nathaniel Marston on One Life to Live these days - wondering if it will be his last days on the show.
Marston, who plays Dr. Michael McBain, allegedly attacked three men Sunday and was arrested on charges including assault and resisting arrest.
Marston is involved in the front-burner baby Tommy kidnapping storyline and fans are flooding message boards with concern for the popular actor and his family.
The charges stem from an altercation where Marston, 32, allegedly attacked the men with a crate at 4:30 a.m. and then turned on police as they tried to arrest him, according to a felony complaint filed in Manhattan Criminal Court.
The complaint says Marston struck one man on the hand; hit another in the back of the neck and swung the crate at a third man, causing him to fall backward and break his leg.
When police arrived, Marston, a former amateur boxer, began flailing his arms and kicking at officers, the complaint says. One of the officers received medical treatment for a cut hand and a bruised knee. Marston was admitted to Bellvue

This is not Marston’s first brush with the law. In 1999, he was arrested on criminal mischief charges after punching and damaging an ATM machine in Manhattan. He was fined and ordered to attend anger management classes.
