'The Biggest Loser''s Guilt-Free Thanksgiving Tips
On Thanksgiving Eve, "The Biggest Loser" is giving fans of the weight-loss series a treat when they bring back contestants from all the preceding seasons for "The Biggest Loser: Where Are They Now?"
ET spoke to season four winner Bill Germanakos and Nicole Brewer from "The Biggest Loser: Couples" season to find out what they do to ensure a guilt-free Thanksgiving.
"I know what works for me and Damien," Nicole tells ET. "We just have a spoonful of everything. We don't deprive ourselves. We just try to eat slowly. If you are the first person to finish your plate, you are prone to go get another one."
