Manhattan's Geisha Restuarant Geisha Blossom

GEISHA JUICE

Atlanta's Japanese eateries take note: Manhattan's Geisha Restaurant is riding on the kimono of the soon-to-be released film "Memoirs of a Geisha." After waxing on and off behind the bar, Geisha's drink doctor Mark Ujszaszi created a liquid tie-in. Exotic ingredients abound in the Geisha Blossom, including Zen Green Tea liqueur, 10 Cane Rum, honey simple syrup and litchi juice.

BLOW YOUR HORN

Sure, Spirits appreciates holiday traditions like the next guy. But why not chase the turkey and dressing with an imaginative Thanksgiving cocktail? The Cornucopia rivals the fruit section of an international farmer's market. Guava, mango, passion fruit and pineapple juices inject some tropicality into this horn of plenty. The high octane comes in the form of Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch whisky and Smirnoff Vanilla Twist vodka. And simple syrup and grenadine aid in masking the booze.

CIDER HOUSE RULES

Prefer to warm up from the inside out instead of roasting chestnuts by an open fire? Stoke the holiday hearth with Royal Cider Grog. Heat one cup of apple cider and 1 1/2 ounce of Crown Royal whisky in a large pot until warm. Break out that dusty Santa Claus mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
