ME AND 'YUZU'

Many Atlanta bartenders pour enough lemon drop shots on a weekend to blow out an elbow. Change the tune a little with this recipe from New York bartender Eben Freeman. The Yuzu Drop replaces lemon juice with yuzu, a sour Japanese fruit. Freeman opts for 1 1/2 ounces of Cîroc vodka and one teaspoon each of yuzu juice and simple syrup.
