This includes the house favorite Crabappletini. Vodka buddies with Stirrings Apple Martini cocktail mixer. The rim is sweetened with candy apple-flavored sugar, and the cocktail is garnished with a cherry.

The bar at the new BrickTop's (3280 Peachtree St., Atlanta) boasts a boutique wine list and fresh-squeezed juice mixers. But that's not all. The glowing pink Prickly Pear Margarita stands as its signature cocktail. The key ingredient is the high-octane cactus fruit. The staff peels the fruit and soaks it in tequila for three days.

1/2 part Stirrings Apple Martini cocktail mixer

Apple-flavored sugar

Cherry

Ice

Shake vodka and mixer with ice. Strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.
