BlastHouse, in Lawrenceville, Ga., is an all-ages, alcohol and drug free music venue.

There's a special kind of magic that's created in an intimate concert space while listening to one of your favorite bands.

This week's Best of Atlanta poll found out where you get your groove on. Coming in first place, BlastHouse is an all-ages, alcohol and drug free music venue located in Lawrenceville. It originated in the living room of two sisters, but these days you can find this concept housed in a unique, intimate space.

Most people think of the Tabernacle when they list their most beloved Atlanta concert venue. Originally a church when it opened its doors in 1910, the Tabernacle now boasts some of the world's biggest acts gracing their stage.

Over 100 years old, Terminal West boasts 7,000 square feet of pure musical joy. Located in historic West Midtown, this venue is a favorite of all music-lovers.

If you are a lover of the intimate concert experience, then keep our official nominee's on your year-round music calendar watch: Eddie's Attic (DeKalb), Matlida's (North Fulton), The EARL (East Atlanta) and the Earl Smith Strand Theatre (Cobb).

The only way to make this experience any better is to add a great meal to the mix. Atlanta offers several spots where you can double dip these pleasures.

Atlanta's most musical places are worth seeking out. Check out these venues for an eclectic music adventure.
