If you have more than one event for accessAtlanta, it may be easier to submit by email. Send your events to thebigalist@ajc.com using these guidelines:
Subject line: Include the name of your organization and date range of the events
Event information: For each event we will need: Event name and description, time, date, location, including address and zip code, cost, a publishable event phone number, the name, phone number and email address of the person submitting the information, and the web address for the venue or organization.
Here's a sample of what we need (though not necesarily in this format)
Holiday Gallery. Original paintings, pottery and other works created by instructors and their students. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays-Fridays Nov. 28 through Dec. 14. Free admission. The Art Place — Mountain View, 3330 Sandy Plains Road, Marietta. 770-509-2700, www.theartplace.us.
Corrections/Updates
If you need to correct or update an event already submitted, please do so ASAP by e-mail and phone 404-526-7420, as we print in advance of the publication date. Send the full text with the correction included, and in the subject line of the email, please say something like "Correction" or "Corrected Listing" along with the organization or event name. (Example: "Corrected Biltmore Estates tour")
