Petapalooza. Star 94's pet festival includes live music, pet contests, vendors, pet-related demonstrations and a photo booth. Festivities will be led by Kevin Fitzgerald, a veterinarian best known for his role on the Animal Planet show "Emergency Vets." Noon-9 p.m. Free. "Circus Fanta-Sea." This aquatic adventure of a once great pirate captain features puppets made from recycled plastic bottles. Circus acts include: a tap-dancing octopus, an unicyclist Seahorse and a tightrope-walking starfish. Performance by That Puppet Guy. Part of the Saturday morning playhouse series. 10 a.m. $7.
