Festivities will be led by Kevin Fitzgerald, a veterinarian best known for his role on the Animal Planet show "Emergency Vets." Noon-9 p.m. Free. "Circus Fanta-Sea." This aquatic adventure of a once great pirate captain features puppets made from recycled plastic bottles.
