Coke is It
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
If you’re headed for the new World of Coca-Cola this weekend, be sure to give the gift shop more than a cursory look.
The store is filled will goodies from a variety of designers. Reps for Coke say the recycled goods are among the most popular items. That includes jewelry by Atlantan Kathleen Plate.
Plate got her start making jewelry from glass and silver, but friends kept asking for recycled products. One day, on a whim, she dumped her blue bottle of Aveda Brilliant and cut up the glass to make bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
After spotting her creations, Coke called and asked her to do the same using Coke bottles and cans. She complied. Her jewelry costs $35 to $100.
What do you think of the new Coke store? What are the best or worst items for sale?

Speaking to the world.
There’s a meadow sometimes at the end of a delicate candle, and often, when you’re speaking to the world, a line disappears regarding a pleasure to the song of the bells, that beautiful care arising alone when a voice fades away…
