It’s called the RoboBee and it’s smaller than a quarter.

The little robot has wings resembling a fly that beat 120 times per second and make it not only air worthy but somewhat nimble.

Harvard developed the tiny drone in hopes that it can be used for search and rescue missions or even to cross pollinate crops.

An engineer at Penn State called it nothing short of remarkable. "Actually getting stable flight out of something this size is quite amazing."

Think of the use as a spy device. In reality this could be the “fly on the wall." 

You'll notice a tether line in the video. Designers say that's because there are no power supplies small enough for the craft.
