Fogo De Chão Churrascaria
Atlanta's first Brazilian churrascaria is a great example of the genre. Here's how it works: You help yourself to the salad bar to end all salad bars, trying not to fill up on hearts of palm and prosciutto. Then, when you're ready, you signal servers to bring skewers of grilled rumpsteak, leg of lamb, filet, sausage and a dozen other meats to your table. They slice it into your plate until you cry "uncle."
