Brunch doesn’t have to mean breaking your diet or sitting back while your friends dig into a pile of syrup-soaked pancakes. Here are some of the healthiest brunches in Atlanta, which will make you glad you decided to brunch responsibly.

Another Broken Egg’s “The Healthy Side” menu selection offers a variety of options that can satisfy your brunch cravings. If you’re looking for a more savory meal go for the Skinny Omelet. At about 360 calories, the meal consists of herbed egg whites with blanches asparagus, roasted red peppers, green onions, goat cheese and roasted garlic cloves. The restaurant usually serves it with an English muffin (about 130 calories) and a side of fruit.
Satisfy a sweeter craving with the steel cut oats. At only about 290 calories, the oats are topped with mixed berries and served with local honey and fresh cinnamon.
Try the Joe’s healthy chicken sausage scrambler: It’s only 290 calories and 15 grams of total fat. The dish consists of three egg whites scrambled together with chicken sausage, mushrooms, spinach and roasted onions, topped with low-fat mozzarella cheese. It is usually served with fruit (additional 60 calories) and a wheat English muffin (additional 130 calories).
If you’re not sure if chicken sausage is your thing, try the quinoa breakfast bowl. At 380 calories and 10 grams of total fat, it's includes red and white quinoa warmed in almond milk, goji berries, dried blueberries, and pistachios. You’ll also find apple cinnamon chunks mixed with chia, hemp and sunflower seeds. It’s typically served with Greek yogurt and a side of honey (60 additional calories).
