Dogs deserve a space to play, too! These North Fulton dog parks offer a different type of experience for man's best friend.

Morgan Falls River Park | sunrise to sunset
100 Morgan Falls Road, Sandy Springs

In addition to family-friendly play areas, Morgan Falls Overlook Park features a fenced-in dog park. There are separate areas for small and large dogs. Free to visit. For more details, visit www.sandyspringsga.org.

Leita Thompson Memorial Park | sunrise to sunset
1200 Woodstock Road, Roswell

The large dog park at this park is open to the elements with very little shade. Located on a hill, the fenced-in area allows for off-leash fun and there are separate spaces for large and small dogs to play. Some bench seating is available for humans. Free to visit. Waggy World Paw Park | sunrise to sunset
175 Roswell Street, Alpharetta

Located off a paved trail between the Wills Park Pool and Alpharetta Community Center, Waggy World is a 1.5-acre fenced-in off-leash play area with separate sides for small and large dogs. Johns Creek

Newtown Dream Dog Park | Daily, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Closed Wednesdays, 8-10 a.m.

Located within the grounds of Newtown Park, this recently opened dog park features a 1-acre fenced in space with artificial turf, sprinklers for dogs to play in, obstacles for them to play on, separate areas for small and large dogs, benches for humans and water fountains for dogs and humans.
