"...doesn't raise the franchise a notch, like the sequels to Shrek and Toy Story did, and even slips a little from the first one."
Austin American-Statesman: 3 of 5 stars
"A host of new characters including a pair of prankster possums and Queen Latifah's Ellie, a woolly mammoth who thinks she's their sister, are charming and delightful."
