The entire title of this contemporary gospel force's second CD is "Kingdom University Presents Tye Tribbett & G.A. — Victory Live!" and the "university" part is important.

Tribbett wants to instruct listeners on how to praise.

But the teachers in that audience may want to pay particular attention.

The energy coursing through "I Want It Back" is the jolt students need that those disappearing soda machines will no longer provide.

The willingness to experiment, as illustrated in the musical arrangement of "Hallelujah to Your Name," would serve any lesson plan well.

And the emotion of "G.A. Hymn (Who Else But God)" and "Sinking" has as much of an impact as a skillfully thrown dodge ball in P.E.

If only advanced calculus were taught like this.
