EVER DRIVEN BY A NIGHT SPOT and wondered what it's like inside? Sure, everyone has. So John Glenn, Associate Editor of the Gwinnett Bureau, asked AJC photographers to shoot their favorite haunts; then, he morphed the shots into online mini-movies, complete with a soundtrack of the music inside. What you'll find: Live country music with a large dance floor, and a DJ spinning records when there is no band. An eclectic selection at the bar proves that this is not your father's honky tonk.

What you'll find: The barn is home to rows of church pews seating around 170 people. Music usually starts around 8:30 p.m. each Saturday, with a warm-up by the staff band, The Everett Brothers, followed by national or regional bluegrass talent.
