Carrie Underwood brought the Blown Away Tour to the Gwinnett Arena Wednesday night.

Underwood should know the arena well. It's where she and the band held rehearsals for the tour before started.

The country music superstar has spent the past four months on the road, traveling in the United States, with a couple tour dates in Canada, to support her "Blown Away" album she released earlier this year.

Less than a week ago, Underwood wasn't happy with her performance in Des Moines, telling the crowd her voice wasn't where it should be. She performed her 90-minute set, but afterward told the crowd she wasn't going to take any money for the performance.

"I'm still only getting about half the way to where I want to be, and I'm not used to that," Underwood said. "I feel real guilty about making any money on this show tonight. So whatever I'm making is just going to go right back into this community because I feel like that's the right thing to do."

Underwood coughed at times during the performance and hasn't fully recovered from being sick, but judging by Twitter reaction to the event Wednesday night, fans were still thrilled with the performance.

"Carrie Underwood and Hunter Hayes concert was AMAZING!" noted @Kate_Collings.

"I'd like to personally thank Carrie Underwood's parents for creating the most perfect human being on earth," tweeted @tayl0rgill.

"Carrie underwood is actually perfect," tweeted @laurenstraka. "Best concert ever. She waved to us."

Underwood opened the show with "Good Girl" before singing "Undo It."

Underwood is schedule to play a couple of tour dates in Florida this weekend before taking time off for the holidays. She'll resume the tour in February. Underwood returns to Georgia on April 19. She'll play in Augusta.

Besides touring in Georgia, Underwood has another tie to the state. It's where she got married. Underwood married NHL player Mike Fisher at the Ritz Carlton at Reynolds Plantation in July 2010. Garth Brooks, Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and a number of hockey players were among those in attendance.

Hunter Hayes opened the show. He's best known for his songs "Somebody's Heartbreak" and "Wanted."
