Decatur’s July 4th Pied Piper Parade and Fireworks. Decorate your wagon, ride your bike, skate, or walk in this event. Parade line-up is at the First Baptist Church of Decatur at 5:30 p.m. July 4. The parade begins at 6 p.m. Concert with the Callanwolde Concert Band begins at 7 p.m. in the Community Bandstand. Marietta Fireworks on Fourth at the Strand. Enjoy a memorable Fourth of July on the Earl Smith Strand Theatre’s festive terrace.
