The entire layout from landscaping to design was created to encourage exercise.

There are no roads on the 240-acre campus, and employees must walk a half-mile to and from the building each day.

There is also an on-site health clinic and a three-story gym on the campus.

As a result, absenteeism is down, productivity is up and employees are much healthier.

What are you doing at your company to improve the health of your employees and lower health costs?
