One of the capabilities of the Internet is to watch what happens at your home when you're away or if you have a rental property.

The idea has spread to retail stores where cameras monitor employees' moves from up above.

There are now even spy cameras that allow those watching to listen to conversations from miles away. The difference is that these cameras are hidden.

Spy technology is not always a negative. These cameras can minimize "shrink" or employee theft and company owners love that.
