Silver Comet Trail Community Bicycle Program. By registering at the library, riders can get an access card for daily use of a bicycle on the trail. Fly Tying, Basic and Advanced. A learning experience with expert guides. Fly vise, tools and materials provided for the basic class. The advanced fly tying class is for more experienced tiers wanting to learn new fly patterns and tying techniques. The classes can be taken consecutively.
