Smokejacks's Muddy PuddlePublished on: 03/03/2005
PUDDLE OF MUD
Amid the blues and barbecue at the newly opened Smokejack (29 S. Main St., Alpharetta), check out the Muddy Puddle: Absolut vanilla vodka, Bailey's Irish Cream, ButterShots butterscotch liqueur and cream. It's served in a martini glass with the inside lined with streaks of caramel. It's also available in an alcohol-free, milkshake form.

MAKING IT IRISH
March is the month of the Irish. If visions of leprechauns are dancing in your head, get some early shamrock celebration in the Maker's Mist. Chilled equal parts of Irish Mist, Maker's Mark and Stoli orange vodka are served over ice. It's casually dressed with an orange slice garnish.
THUG LIFE
You don't have to be draped in bling and rolling in an Escalade to taste the Thug Passion. The Drinksmixer Web site (www.drinksmixer.com) suggests melding two ounces each of Alize liqueur and Hennessy cognac, shake 'em over ice and pour into a highball glass.
