Eno's Eno-ColadaPublished on: 06/23/2005
GIRLIE DRINK
Seasons change and so do cocktail menus. For summer, Eno (800 Peachtree St., Midtown) recently revamped its libation list, but it had some help. On June 2, the bartender whipped up potential drinks and had professional female creatives sample and fill out a questionnaire. Floating to the top was the Eno-Colada. It's a swirl of Mount Gay rum, pineapple juice and banana and coconut nectars.

NEVER, NEVERLAND
Depending on your reaction to the Michael Jackson verdict, you can either toast in celebration or drown your sorrows with a themed recipe. And no, we're not talking a round of Jesus Juice. Webtender.com has the Jackson 5. Mix one shot each of rum, vodka and amaretto over ice. Add a dash of sour mix and top it off with cranberry juice.
WHICH ONE'S PINK?
Pink Floyd is reuniting with Roger Waters for the first time since 1981 for the Live 8 concert at Hyde Park on July 6. Can't cross the pond? Then watch it from the couch and toss back this shot. The Pink Floyd (www.drinksmixer.com) calls for one jigger each of amaretto liqueur and Southern Comfort peach liqueur shaken in a glass over ice. It's topped with equal portions of orange and pineapple juices, and a splash of grenadine. Shake the whole thing and strain into a shot glass.
