Try quizzing a bartender and see if he or she has the moxie to mix the Cranberry Schizzle Twist, which joins the cranberry vodka with Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay rum, lemon/lime soda and a splash of cranberry juice.

SUMMER IN ITALY

At Macaroni Grill locations, bartenders are filling glasses with summertime cool. The Leaning Bellini, a frozen version of the restaurant's Bellini, blends Bacardi rum, peach nectar, white wine and champagne. Even more decadent is the Tiratini, with Smirnoff Vanilla Twist vodka, Bailey's Irish Cream, Godiva white chocolate liqueur, amaretto and half-and-half. It's all served in a chilled glass. Who needs ice cream?

LATE-NIGHT LUAU

Score a late-night libation, Hawaiian style. Chinese restaurant Chan's Bamboo Luau (2263 Cheshire Bridge Road, Atlanta) stays open until 3 a.m. every night and pours several Polynesian-inspired cocktails. Popular picks include the Mai Tai and Scorpion. Guests custom-order the Luau Bowl and select either rum, gin, bourbon or scotch as the high-octane ingredient. The chosen liquor does the hula with pineapple and lime juices as well as other, more secret, ingredients.
