MARINE MIXOLOGY
The Mondo Mocha Cafe in the Radisson Atlanta Windy Hill hotel (2055 S. Park Place S.E., Atlanta) shines the spotlight for its Wednesday Martini Night. Among the favorites is the Aqua Marine, an exploration of tropical fruitiness with vodka, creme de banana, peach schnapps, blue curacao, and pineapple and orange juices.

WONG IS RIGHT?
Cocktail sippers have another tasting ground with tonight's opening of Suzy Wong's Lounge (1198 Howell Mill Road, Atlanta). Sharing space with Sampan and Cafe Sampan, Wong's has a kung fu grip full of specialty cocktails including the Ghengis Khan martini and the Dragonfly. Its namesake, the Suzy Wong, mixes up raspberry vodka and pineapple rum infused with pineapples and strawberries.
SEPTEMBER SLOSH
Not ready to admit your craving for Neil Diamond music? Since he might croon "September Morn" next month at Philips Arena, you can muster up some courage with the September Morning cocktail from www.drinksmixer.com. It mixes 1¸ ounces of light rum, one teaspoon of cherry brandy, ¸ ounce of lime juice, ¸ teaspoon of grenadine and an egg white. Shake it over ice and strain. A few of these might just turn on your "Heartlight."
IN THE DRINK: Aqua Marine Recipe
1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. creme de banana
1/2 oz. peach schnapps
1/4 oz. blue curacao
Fill with equal parts pineapple and orange juice. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a cherry.
