FABULOUS INFUSIONS?

Some drinkers can't seem to resist flavored liquors. Now the folks at Boz Spirits, Inc. are making it a visual temptation. With its new 267 Infusions, the infused fruits and veggies are floating right in the bottle. The initial run features four vodka, two rum and two tequila flavors. In the chili pepper tequila, bright red peppers practically illuminate the bottle. A batch of cranberries huddle inside its cranberry vodka, featuring five-times distilled liquor. Spirits sampled a few, including the olive and pearl onion vodka. The result was silky smooth. And according to the folks at 267 Infusions, bypass the mixers and drink it straight on the rocks. The line is currently available at local liquor stores such as Embry Village Wine & Spirits (3503 Chamblee Tucker Road, Atlanta).

TUESDAY NIGHT MOJITOS

Looking for an excuse to drink a mojito on a Tuesday? Mojito fans are taking advantage of Tippin' Tuesdays at Cowtippers (1600 Piedmont Ave., Atlanta). Folks are washing down the $10 steak specials with $4 mojitos. And DJ Nat provides a festive soundtrack from 6 to 10 p.m.

GO HAWAIIAN

Before the summer's over, Spirits suggests heading over to Roy's (3475 Piedmont Road N.E., Suite 120, Atlanta). Its brand of Hawaiian fusion translates into its cocktail menu, too. Don't miss the acclaimed Hawaiian Martini with Skyy vodka, Stoli vanilla vodka, Malibu coconut rum and a pineapple infusion. We're intrigued by the Long Board Iced Tea, a mix of Milagro Añejo tequila, Smirnoff vodka, Tanqueray gin and rum.
