NEW YEAR'S PUNCH
| The Champagne Mojito from Lobby at Twelve offers a toast to a minty-fresh new year. | |||
In need of a New Year's Eve drink recipe to serve thirsty guests? The Pineapple Nutmeg Punch, an alternative to champagne, landed in our e-mail box courtesy of the folks at Cruzan rum. Shake together 1 1/2 parts Cruzan Estate dark rum, two parts pineapple juice, one part simple syrup and 1/4 part ground nutmeg and strain into a cocktail glass with ice.
NEW YEAR'S KISS
For those who can't stay away from the bubbly, the French Kiss puckers up for a cognac-laced smooch. Pour one part Courvoisier with three parts champagne. Drop in a sugar cube to sweeten the kiss.
