High Falls State Park

The basics
Fees: $2 parking
Fish: Primarily crappie and bream. Bass, channel catfish, bullheads, and flathead catfish are also present. High Falls is a 'sleeper' for hybrid and white bass
Facilities: Two boat ramps provide public access, one at the park office near the dam and one in Buck Creek. Camping, swimming pool, hiking trails and miniature golf also available
Restrictions: The operation of outboard motors greater than 10 HP is prohibited. Boats with outboard motors greater than 10 hp may be used, but the outboard motor cannot be operated
Dates of operation: The lake is open to fishing during daylight hours only

Directions: Take I-75 South to exit 65 at High Falls Road. Go east off the exit 1.8 miles and the park is on the left.
