Definition:

A sensation of difficult or uncomfortable breathing or a feeling of not getting enough air. See also difficulty breathing - first aid.

Difficulty breathing may occur with exercise (dysnpea on exertion) or with certain body positions, especially lying down (positional dyspnea).
