Chris Brown deleted his Twitter account after an X-rated fight with comedy writer Jenny Johnson. But now, he's back on the internet making controversial remarks on Instagram. He compared himself to the late rapper Tupac Shakur. He also said that Shakur was the only person in the world that would understand him. Kristina Behr has all the details.
