The Lumineers, who opened for Dave Matthews Band at The Arena at Gwinnett Center in December, will headline the inaugural Shaky Knees Music Festival.

The new Shaky Knees Music Festival will invade Fourth Ward Park and the Masquerade Music Park this spring with an eclectic lineup including The Lumineers, Band of Horses, The Joy Formidable, Drive By Truckers, Gary Clark Jr., Dr. Dog and 22 other acts.

The fest, produced by Atlanta promoter Tim Sweetwood, takes place May 4-5. In addition to the music – spread across three stages – the event will also offer wares from artisans, vendors and local food trucks.

Two-day general admission tickets, as well as VIP passes, will go on sale Feb. 7 through Ticketmaster outlets.

Tickets are $99 for a two-day GA pass (single day tickets may become available closer to the festival); or $265 for a two-day VIP pass, which includes access to indoor and outdoor lounges, special acoustic performances, free food, beer and water and, of ultimate value at any outdoor festival, access to indoor restrooms.

There is also a “late night add-on ticket” for May 4 ($10-$20) for a performance by The Black Angels and GOAT at the Masquerade.

Here’s the rest of the lineup for Shaky Knees: Jim James, Lucero, Delta Spirit, The Antlers, Kurt Vile & The Violators, The Black Angels, Heartless Bastards, Oberhofer, Frontier Ruckus, Murder By Death, Shovels & Rope, Moon Taxi, GOAT, Hanni El Khatib, The Orwells, J. Roddy Walston & The Business, Vintage Trouble, Robert Ellis, You Me & Apollo, Roadkill Ghost Choir, T. Hardy Morris and Death On Two Wheels.
