From the Tabernacle toMusic Midtown to Philips Arena…who could argue with the recent success of Imagine Dragons?
The band behind the hits “It’s Time” (my 2012 pick for song of the year) and “Radioactive” will continue to support its platinum-selling “Night Visions” album with a winter tour that will play Philips Arena Feb. 26. Alt-rockers The Naked and Famous will open.
Fans can visit bit.ly/ImagineDragonsRSVP now to RSVP for access to a pre-sale that begins at 10 a.m. Oct. 10. Those with Citi cards can access a pre-sale staring at 10 a.m. Oct. 8 and Live Nation mobile app users can also access pre-sale tickets beginning at 10 a.m. Oct. 10.
Tickets for everyone else go on sale Oct. 11.
The Las Vegas-based band, which includes Atlanta native, drummer Daniel Platzman, is currently riding the success of its third single, “Demons.” On Oct. 22, a bundle containing “Demons” remixes, a live acoustic version of the song and its video will be released.
Imagine Dragons plans for this to be the band’s final tour before heading back into the studio to work on the follow-up to “Night Visions.”
