Reese Witherspoon, arrested in Atlanta last week following a traffic stop, had a first appearance in Atlanta Municipal Court Monday morning

Not much happened.

Witherspoon, in New York promoting the new movie "Mud," wasn't there. Her attorney, Steve Weiner, made no statements and the case was continued until May 22.

Our reporting partners at Channel 2 were there with cameras rolling. Check for their updates here.

Here's the arrest report in case you missed it. She faces a disorderly conduct charge. Her husband Jim Toth faces a DUI charge. After an officer pulled over the Ford Fusion Toth was driving early Friday morning, Witherspoon began arguing and was eventually cuffed.

She issued an apology. Read it here.

Witherspoon has been in Atlanta filming a movie called "The Good Lie." It's filming today.
