Reese Witherspoon, arrested in Atlanta early Friday after a traffic stop, is shown here in newly available photos and video in handcuffs, being walked into the Fulton County Jail following the incident.
She faces a disorderly conduct charge after a Georgia State Patrol trooper said she became argumentative while he was administering a field sobriety test to her husband, James Toth. Toth faces a DUI charge now.
Here is the arrest report. It quotes Witherspoon saying, "Do you know my name?" and telling the trooper he was about to find out who she was, and would be national news. (She was right about that).
Witherspoon issued an apology following the incident but has been keeping a pretty low profile ever since. She did show up to the Sunday night premiere of "Mud," her new movie coming out Friday, but has reportedly scrapped scheduled interviews.
She has been in Atlanta filming a movie called "The Good Lie."
