Robin Williams Filming in Norcross photo
Robin Williams' movie will film at Norcross Station Cafe on Wednesay

By Jennifer Brett

Robin Williams' new comedy, "A Friggin' Christmas Miracle," will film at the Norcross Station Cafe, in downtown Norcross, on Wednesday.

Thanks to my Twitter buddy Kristi for the photo at this link! Mr. Williams posted this one that you see at the left. Looks like they are having a great time filming the movie, about a dysfunctional family at Christmastime.

The movie, also starring Lauren Graham, Joel McHale, Oliver Platt, Ryan Lee and Candice Bergen, has been filming in the Smokerise subdivision in Stone Mountain at a couple of homes, one off Gunstock Drive and one off Old Rosser Road. The crew has been parking at Eastminister Presbyterian on Hugh Howell Road.

Traffic in downtown Norcross can be a bit of a tangle even when movies aren't being filmed there. You might investigate alternatives if you are driving in that area on Wednesday.
