Reese Witherspoon is back in Atlanta for more work on her movie, "The Good Lie."
The project filmed at the airport today. It has previously filmed at Sugarloaf Mills Mall, Peachtree Baptist Church, a gallery in downtown Atlanta, a factory in Alpharetta and Georgia State University. The Oscar-winning actress has not been on-set every day of the filming here.
Witherspoon returned to work in Atlanta today after a low profile week following her run-in with a Georgia State Patrol trooper. She faces a disorderly conduct charge and her husband faces a DUI following a traffic stop. The pair's cases had first hearings last week but they did not attend. The cases were continued until next month.
"The Good Lie" is about a woman who assists a refugee who relocates from Africa to America. It will film here for about another week and then it moves to Africa.
Witherspoon also stars in the superb movie "Mud," which stars Matthew McConaughey as a quirky character on the lam.
