Will Ferrell, Kristen Wiig in Atlanta for "Anchorman 2" Will Ferrell is in Atlanta for the filming of the "Anchorman" sequel.
The project, which has begun cranking up, also stars Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell, Christina Applegate and Kristen Wiig .
Deadline reported recently that James Marsden had signed on to AM2, to star as Ron Burgundy's rival anchor.
We've got a couple of sightings to tell you about.
Late Monday tipster reported spotting Ferrell and Marsden and a bunch of crew folks from the movie at Barcelona Atlanta on N. Highland Avenue. A second tipster reports spotting Wiig there, too. Earlier on Monday a third tipster saw Marsden at Cypress Street Pint and Plate . (I got 99 problems but having moles on patrol ain't one.)
