Justin Ross Harris' Buckhead restaurant bathroom "selfie" has appeared on HLN host Nancy Grace's show, to the shock of the restaurant's staff.
"We hone in on unseen photos of Daddy and his secret Internet double life!" Grace, the fiery former prosecutor and mom of two who reports with passion on stories where children have been harmed, posted on Wednesday along with the photo.
Staff members of the prominent Buckhead restaurant where the photo was taken were stunned to recognize their store when Harris' photo aired.
The restaurant's manager did not want to be named and did not want the restaurant identified.
Harris dined there on Saturday, Feb. 15 with one other person, the manager said, citing a search of restaurant reservation records. Harris' name had not popped up before that night and has not since then, the restaurant's reservations records indicate. The server who waited on them said Harris dined with one other person but did not recall any specific details about the party of two, who dined at a table near a window in the restaurant's main dining room.
Harris was denied bond after a three-hour probable cause hearing on July 3, where much of the testimony focused on the explicit photos he was sharing with other women the day his son, 22-month-old Cooper, died in the back seat of Harris' hot car.
