92.9/The Game has quickly found a replacement for C.J. Simpson.

Just over a week after her departure for the L.A. Sparks, the sports talk station has added Kristen Ledlow to the "Opening Drive" show with Rick Kamla and Randy Cross.

Ledlow was a reporter with FOX Sports NEXT out of Atlanta, a sideline reporter witth ABC News in Tallahassee, Fla. and co-host with ESPN Radio in Tallahasee.

She was an all-American volleyball player at Southeastern University, graduating with a degree in broadcast and communication.

Rolling Stone magazine had a teaser for "The Walking Dead," which included this interested factoid: 27 people will die during the season finale in two weeks, when the denizens of Woodbury and the prison really go at each other. I presume most of those 27 will be faceless Woodbury residents but there will be at least a couple of major casualties, for sure. I'll post something next week breaking down who are the likeliest departures? (Martinez? We hardly knew ya....)

TNT's "Southland" may be seeing the end of the line after five seasons, though ratings Wednesday night hit a season high of 1.72 million and a 0.6 18-49 rating, comparable to its numbers last year. It started really slow but now that folks know it's there, fans have found it agian. The Los Angeles Times says the season finale is set to tape at LAPD headquarters today. "Southland" star Ben McKenzie has already signed on for a CBS pilot but would be required to stay with "Southland" if it were renewed.

Sean Astin ("Lord of the Rings") joins the CBS pilot "Surgeon General," shooting in Atlanta. So you may see him around town soon. Deadline.com says he'll be part of the Surgeon General's' team playing a psychiatrist.
