"NCIS" star Pauley Perrette, who grew up in Atlanta as a child, has been at loggerheads with her ex-husband Francis "Coyote" Shivers.

Now Shivers may face potential jail time for allegedly violating a restraining order.

The couple married in 2000, separated in 2004 and divorced in 2006.

Check out this New York Post story. It sounds like a complicated tale where one side is claiming the other is vengeful through surrogates.

Kroy Biermann, the Falcons player married to Bravo reality star Kim Zolciak, would love to adopt Zolciak's two older daughters Brielle and Ariana from previous relationships, according to TMZ. The couple have two sons of their own: 1-year-old Kroy and 6-month-old Kash.

The New York Times does a thought piece on whether Jimmy Fallon would do well in the 11:35  p.m. slot dominated by Jay Leno for much of the past two decades (save for a brief foray by Conan O'Brien.), Bill Carter, the reporter who has covered the late-night wars for decades, supposes Fallon could be the king but of a much smaller island because there is so much more competition now.  "The Tonight Show" makes less money and draws fewer eyeballs than it used to.

Amazon finally confirms that "Zombieland" is shooting in Atlanta. Viewers will review the pilot and help Amazon decide if it's worth going to series.  I reported on the show last month. The series, based on the 2009 film, will include all new actors playing the four main roles.

A Star 94 fan wondered where Jimmy Alexander was today. He was just out sick. No big deal.

"Drop Dead Diva," which Lifetime cancelled, then brought back to life last month, will begin production for season five in Peachtree City April 9, according to creator Josh Berman.
