The two were spotted together recently in Las Vegas where Chilli (real name: Rozonda Thomas) was performing.
Brady, host of "Let's Make a Deal" and a cast member of "Whose Line Is It Anyway?", tweeted that they were not dating, although he said, "Who wouldn't want to though?"
Chilli just direct messsaged me also saying it was a false rumor.
Chilli, 41, is notoriously picky about her men, as highlighted over two seasons of VH1's "What Chilli Wants," which aired in 2010 and 2011. Among her requirements: her man must be in shape, be a strong Christian, have a decent-sized package and not eat pork. She did not find the love of her life on that reality show.
Here's Brady's tweet:
"@waynebrady: So, just clear it up @officialchilli n I r not dating. Who wouldn't want to though, right? Don't believe everything u read:)"
Atlanta-based Bounce TV, which launched in the fall of 2011, had its best month ever in December. The network, which is available for free, tied for 9th (with Bravo) among all ad-supported cable for black viewers 18+, beating 94 ad-supported cable networks including AMC, A&E, FX, TBS, Lifetime, TV Land, WE and TV One.
Nancy Grace of HLN is not a fan of legalizing marijuana.
Grace said she wouldn't want anyone smoking pot to take care of her kids or drive a cab because they are "lethargic, sitting on the sofa, eating chips ... fat and lazy."
No stereotyping, eh?
The Regular Guys began 2014 with an earlier starting and end time. Instead of its standard 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. showtime it has had for years, the show is now airing from 5:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Troy Hansen, the program director at Rock 100.5 since summer, simply wanted to get into the music quicker as the work day began, he wrote.
In regard to starting earlier, we are hoping to capture listeners early in their AM routine by jumping into our content a little earlier with the market being such a busy early morning marketplace. Nothing really more complex than that.
This is a trend in radio, especially in soft rock formats. B98.5 and Star 94 have ended their morning shows at 9 a.m. for quite awhile.
Rock 100.5 last Friday revamped its song mix, getting rid of most recent songs in favor of a mix of 1970s, 1980s and 1990s rock classics. The station is also no longer the Braves station. Baseball goes to sister station All News 106.7.
Rush Limbaugh claimed TBS star Conan O'Brien "stole" his idea of how broadcasters use the same phrases for the same story, according to Mediate.
“We were the first to discover and document how the media, all of them, will use the same word or phrase in covering a story,” Limbaugh declared, citing the media’s use of the word “gravitas” to describe George W. Bush’s choice of Dick Cheney as running mate. Last week, O’Brien did something very similar “as if it had never been done before.”
O'Brien's "media reacts" bits show local news folks reading the same pre-written scripts from a national syndicated service.
It's the same concept but hardly an original idea per se. And I don't think Conan ever claimed it had never been done before.
*** UGA's Herschel Walker cooked up his mom's apple tarts on the first episode of "Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook Off" to good effect. He bragged about those to me a few weeks ago in promoting the show. Question: what else does he have up his sleeve?
