Get ready to grab your tickets to country music sensation Cody Johnson’s show that’s happening on April 28 at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre.

Affectionately known as “CoJo,” Johnson is getting ready to kick off his highly anticipated tour. He’ll be starting things off in Stockton, California, and hitting cities like Colorado Springs, Norfolk, and Alpharetta.

Tickets are going on sale on the heels of a major CoJo announcement – he’ll be releasing another double album!

“I wanna go ahead and sneak peek, I’m working on a new double album,” Johnson shared with the Gunner & Cheyenne show. “It’ll be 24 tracks total.”

This is the second double album for the singer/songwriter, having released the first one “Human: The Double Album” just two years ago. Johnson described the theme of his new album as “fun.”

“It doesn’t matter whether it’s a ballad or whether it’s tongue-in-cheek kinda fun.” Johnson said. “It all has to be fun, it all has to make you kind of want to move around and bob your head a little bit.”

According to Johnson, fans will be getting the best of him with this upcoming album.

“This round of 24 songs I have to say is the best round of songs I have ever recorded, and I feel like that’s the way it should be,” Johnson said. “Each album should outdo the last one.”
