Labor Day weekend is over, but that doesn’t mean you have to be done celebrating. If you can make it through the short work week, there are plenty of fun things to do in Atlanta this weekend. From a monster truck show to a grilled cheese festival, here are six of the best things you can do in the A.

Laugh it off with Kevin Hart

Atlantans will have two chances to see Grammy and Emmy Award-winning comedian Kevin Hart live this weekend when his “Reality Check” tour stops at State Farm Arena. Tickets for Thursday’s show are still available, but Friday’s show is nearly sold out.

Cheer on the Dirty Birds with Gucci Mane

Kickoff football season at the Dirty Birds Rally featuring special guests, musical performances, and giveaways.

The event will be hosted by announcer Ryan Cameron and Falcons legend DJ Shockley and will include a performance by Gucci Mane, and appearances by current Falcons players, Coach Smith and Terry Fontenot, cheerleaders and mascot Freddie Falcon. Find the party in the Atlantic Green at Atlantic Station.

Melt your mouth at Grilled Cheese Fest

The Atlanta Grilled Cheese Festival is back this Saturday, and it will be the most epic one yet.

The festival takes place at Pullman Yards, where you can eat grilled cheese from some of Atlanta’s best restaurants and get your drink on with Bloody Marys from the Bloody Mary Garden. Try one or try them all— and then vote for your favorite!

Celebrate community on Sweet Auburn Avenue
